Do-It-Yourself Livery

We provide good quality indoor and outdoor stabling for the equestrian enthusiast. A secured tack room and hay/straw storage are all included in the monthly rent.

Hay, shavings and straw are purchased on site and delivered to your storage bay.

Mares and geldings are kept in separate fields to avoid the usual problems with mixed sexed groups.

Clients use the vet and farrier of their choice, but we have a monthly vet’sclinic and a horse dentist visits the yard on a regular basis.

We insist on a regular worming regime for all stock and expect ‘flu jabs to be kept up to date. We are happy for clients to arrange for their own tuition, often using qualified AI’s to teach and improve their ability and technique.

Crofton Manor Equestrian Centre is popular throughout the year with many jumping, dressage and showing competitions. If you are interested in housing your horse or pony with us please contact Livery Manager, Siân Pheby on 07778 026804 to arrange an appointment.

Our excellent Indoor Arena offers the latest purpose built equestrian facilities and Cafeteria which overlooks the arena and is open on show days. The fully covered arena area has a Gel Tracked Surface and is 60 Metres x 23 Metres.

Hacking Out

The hacking out is excellent, with bridleways and quick routes to the beach at Hillhead.
